HELLO! I AM DR. THOMPSON
I am a wife that has been happily married over two-decades. I am a certified Life Coach, Relationship Coach, Meditation & Anxiety Coach, and Self-Care Mindfulness Coach who works with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based coaching and mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and sustainable personal growth.
My approach integrates research-informed frameworks drawn from positive psychology, mindfulness-based stress reduction, cognitive-behavioral coaching techniques, and relationship skill-building models. Sessions are structured, goal-focused, and practical—designed to help clients understand patterns, develop effective coping and communication skills, and apply those skills in everyday life.
